How are the amish and east asian approaches to education similar to each other? how are they different

    They are similar to each other because both the Amish and the East Asian culture and society place a high value on education. They both aim to instill in the minds of their young that the importance of learning is to be able to contribute to the community in the future. However, they differ in the sense that the Amish aim to prepare their children into becoming upstanding members of the Amish community while the East Asian educational approach aims to prepare their children to become upstanding members of the global community.
