What are intelligible facts? How are they different from opinions?

    Intelligent facts are those with backup empirical evidences that supports its conclusion or argument. While opinion, can not necessarily backed up by anything but a mere rumor. This is further illustrated by hypothesis (an educated guess) vs mere guessing only.
