At the taking of a penalty kick, a teammate of the kicker enters the penalty area before the kick is taken. the kick is taken and the goalkeeper saves the penalty kick. according to the laws of the game, should the referee stop play and award an indirect free kick to the defending team?

    Yes, the referee should.

    In penalty kick situation, the attacking team could kick the ball that bounced by the goalkeepers in order to create a goal.

    To make the penalty process became more balanced, the attacker's team members are not allowed to enter a box before the kick's taken.
