How is it possible to have a consensus about what should or should not be illegal in a country with several hundred million adults from all races religions and walks of life?

    The laws more often than not adjust to what the greater part votes on. Notwithstanding, a law can not be passed that abuses or encroaches upon the privileges of any person as expressed in the Constitution. For instance, a law can not be passed that would state that exclusive blue-looked at individuals need to pay charges. Most of the populace has darker eyes and subsequently if something silly like that went to a vote the greater part would vote for themselves bringing about blue-looked at individuals being the main gathering paying assessments.
