How does the management by means (mbm) approach differ from the management by objectives (mbo) approach?

    Management by means is aimed to create a more efficient and harmonious working environment. This carried out by motivating the workers to boost their performance based on their own will.

    Mangement by objectives, on the other hand, is very result oriented and advocating any methods as long as the goal is attained.
