A dictator like Hitler can not come to power and cause another war in this generation since people of today are now educated, liberal and open minded. They know what they want and do not let other people dictate what they should and not do. One thing more, people of today have tasted the sweetness of freedom that is why they will not allow anyone grab that away from them.
