explain your position on multiculturalism

I believe that multiculturalism will bring more benefit to society than the negative impacts.

Multiculturalism bring a lot of different values and tradition from various social groups and combine it into one. This method initially very efficient in improving mankind's capability to learn new knowledge and strengthen our solidarity with others if we just accept the fact that people would inherently different from one another.

That's being said, multiculturalism also bring some negative sides, such as the increasing probability of conflicts between two groups due to the core difference in value/Principle.
