Why should healthcare have more money invested into it more than the us military, transportation, and education

Because, simply put, health is the most important thing in our lives. Without healthcare, our ability and chances to survive among others is severely reduced. We can survive without a military, and without education, but if a health problem arises and we have no health care, we will die.
