    The systematic slaughter of the millions of innocent Jews as compliance of the German people to Hitler's orders can be explained in the ff: firstly, Fundamental Attribution Error (FAE) is when people believed in internal factors or the intention as a reason to do something. Milgram obedience study, further shown that if person is given a role, he will just simply obey without already thinking too much about it.
