How might different learning and intelligence styles affect collaboration?

    Collaboration usually would be better if all members in the team are placed wihtin a same level of knowledge and intelligence.

    Otherwise some members of the group couldn't fully grasp the concept that being thought by another member of the group which will eventually drag the group down.
