I believe the answer is: Structural functionalism

Structural functionalism refers to the the view that see society as the collection of institutions that operate on different functions to form one giant institution and people who are considered as normal are the one that do not act outside their expected functions.

These institutions could include things such as the government, private businesses, laws, educations, etc.
