    As an offer, this is A. effective.

    Brooke doesn't know anything about Shakespearean comedy, and Anton does. So in order for her to learn, she will have to get a tutor, and Anton offered to do that for her, which is an effective offer - both of them will profit from it (Brooke will get knowledge, and Anton will get money).
