There are some issues that have arisen on the Recreation and Wellness Intranet Project.

The project manager, which is Tony, gets a weekly status from all of his team members, but there are certain problems about them not addressing obvious challenges that people are facing. The team has difficulties on deciding how to communicate various project reports, the documents, and where to store the information that was generated.
