    The excessive use of antibiotics in society today is contributing to: emerging and re-emerging diseases.

    Just like human, Bacteria also has the capabilities to evolve. When antibiotics are used excessively, the majority of people do not have enough time to develop normal immune system to fight the bacteria, causing the bacterias to outrace us in the evolution and cause the new emerging diseases.
