    James Lange theory would be considered plausible by evidence that different emotional states have real physiological differences. The theory states that are two steps that must be completed before a person experiences a emotion. First, the person must experience an event which will cause physiological reaction. The person must then interpret the reaction to feel emotion. Emotions can be different based on the physiological reaction.
