Which basic economic question deals with the issue of where a person can afford to live?

    The answer to this question is who consumes the goods and services that are produced.

    Consumers for goods and services most commonly will be divided through purchasing power. So, if an area choose to produce goods and services that target people with high purchasing power for example, you wouldn't be able to live in that area unless you have the same purchasing power
