    Answer is long-term procedural memory

Procedural memory is a type of long-term memory that relates to skills and other things that we unconciously know how to do after learning them. Examples include riding a bike and swimming. Sabel hasn't driven a stick shift vehicle in a long time, but the skills is still stored as long-term procedural memory. After shaking the dust off with a bit of practice, she will be able to access this long-term memory to quickly relearn to drive a stick shift.
