Environment has more influence over an individuals level of intelligence than heredity does. Simplistically speaking, if a student is never allowed to progress beyond the third grade, then that student will never gain the knowledge and thus level of intelligence of his grade advancing peers.

I believe Environment has more influence in determining individual's level of intelligence.

I based this view on the fact that All humans are initially evolved from the same hereditary genes. But the intelligence that we inherit are still raw and would not be increased by much if we does not hone it.

For example, i believe smart people that born in modern region had similar core intellegence capacity as smart people that born in amazon tribes.

But, If smart people in modern civilizations are required to do what smart people that born in amazon tribes do, i believe they could still manage. But i guarantee that smart people that grow in amazon tribes couldn't build rockets and fly them to space.
