Herman is always trying to "pull one over" on people. he doesn't seem to mind lying, cheating, or stealing in order to get what he wants. at work, when he's called on to be involved in a group project, he tends to argue with the other group members about the best way to do things, he sometimes he tells members of the group that he'll do something and he doesn't, and when it comes time to take credit, he's front and center, trying to take credit for the groups' work. he doesn't really care that his co-workers don't like him. herman scores low on the big five measure of:
