The three types of resistance that are often encountered by students studying in the university are the following:

    - fear of change - - it is because they were too comfortable with what they used to have that having change may lead them into worrying or to cause stress as it is a new environment for them.

    - hardships and trials - - it is a new stepping stone and they are likely to face more difficulty compared when they were still on high school.

    - social relationships - - having to form a new life is one way we could say when you enter in a university and having to meet other people will be one of the factors that makes an individual stressed out.
