When parking next to a curb, you should use your turn signals?

    Yes; for example if you are parking on the right hand side of the curb, you should use your right turn signal to indicate to other drivers behind and around you that you are pulling over to the right. This is especially good to avoid other drivers colliding with your car, and to tell other drivers that the curb space is taken, so other cars may not pull in at the same time.
