Dr. Macmillan is in the process of standardizing test. It is the process in which scoring procedures and interpretations that has been handed out has no change or consistent. Standardize test is given to students in which it has a component of questions and evaluated by using scoring procedures and are being interpreted. It could be seen in the scenario above as Dr. Macmillan is doing it.
