    In Psychology, this area of study where individuals’ psychological growth, self-efficacy, and self-actualization is focused is termed as humanism. Humanistic psychologists such as Maslow and Rogers have keyed in psychological processes that revolve around each other. These processes, such as understanding individuals on their current dispositions and situation and letting them them grow, is the argument of humanists.
