    Internalizing behaviors are those negative practices that are centered internally. They incorporate frightfulness, social withdrawal, and physical grievances. As opposed internalizing behaviors, externalizing practices are coordinated outward toward others. Harassing, vandalism, and illegal conflagration are cases of externalizing behaviors.
