The correct answer is twice exceptional.

This term refers to children who are gifted, but at the same time have some sort of a disability, such as dyslexia, autism, Tourette Syndrome, OCD, etc. These disabilities somewhat impair them and prevent them from doing the same things people who don't suffer from these disabilities can do.
