I will fall into "Stage 4".

Stage 4 is Post-transition, these societies are categorized by low birth and low death rates.

The demographic transition theory is a summed up portrayal of the changing form of mortality, richness and development rates as social orders move starting with one statistic administration then onto the next. The term was first instituted by the American demographer Frank W. Notestein in the middle of 20th century.
