    "All men are created equal" - this is the motto of America, and has been for a very long time (at least on paper). Bill of Rights refers to the first 10 Amendments to the American constitution, which is the most important set of laws of a country. According to it, people are equal, and they are free to practice their free speech, and to do what they want (as long as it is within the boundaries of the Constitution).
