What eligibility requirements does the constitution establish for members of the house? where exactly are these requirements stated in the constitution?

    The eligibility requirements for a member of the House of Representatives are: 1) Must be at least twenty-five years old

    2) Must have been a citizen of the US for the past seven years

    3) Must live in the state in which he or she is elected

    These requirements are stated in Article 1, Section 2, Clause 2 of the US Constitution.
