Craig would have made a mistake assuming that everyone in New Zealand was like Carl. Craig would be stereotyping all New Zealanders based on his interactions with Carl. This is a very dangerous way to think about people. Even though people might be from the same area it does not mean that they are the same person. Everyone has different personalities and opinions.
