Explain how our government might be affected without the judicial branch if someone introduced a questionable "Bill" they wanted to become law.

If there were no judicial branch, the legislative branch would be able to make whatever bill they wanted to and there would be no one to decide whether or not it was constitutional. So, without checks and balances, our system would fall apart into anarchy.
