There is no doubt that there is some interesting science to be found on Titan, but the present wild speculation that it has some relevance to the origin of life, OoL, is the intent of funding seekers to Titan and has little value in more than some peripheral, non-strategic knowledge accrual regarding OoL. Chemical evolution is a myth, like Darwin's "warm little ponds" and Oparin-Haldane prebiotic soup. There are no naturalistic processes capable of biochemical assembly. They will not find any processes that could homochiralitize amino acids and pentose sugars, create cell membranes, or colocate all the critical components required for cellular metabolism or reproduction.

More importantly, there are too many habitability factors that Titan must satisfy to ever be considered viable for OoL.
