I would say this is observational learning.

Suzie learned her behavior from her mother - she is yelling at her little brother because she saw her mother yelling at them. Even though the mother said there was no yelling in their home, she is still yelling herself, which is why Suzie picked up this bad habit and incorporated it into her own behavior.
