    The solved it By using slaves.

    If the European managed to overlook the inhumane/morality aspects of it, using slaves would bring them a massive profit since they basically do not have to pay wages for the labor. In the past, the major sellers of slaves were the Europeans (the Netherlands & the Portuguese)
