When the FBI learns that Mary, its FBI agent, is a lesbian, Mary is fired. Mary goes to an attorney to find out about the possibility of suing to get her job back. What does the attorney likely tell her

    The best thing the lawyer might possibly tell her is for her to back down, because it is possible it is against the FBI policy not to take someone who's is gay or a lesbian. So since they found out they had to sack her. It is the FBI, they have standards and requirement before they can offer you a job, they know the kind of candidate they want in there system. Also they might have asked her before recruitment if she was a lesbian and she lied, so she shouldn't bother suing them but the only thing she can sue them for is if her benefits were not given appropriately, that will be the best advise a lawyer will tell her but if she insists, the lawyer will still go ahead and try his best.
