So since they found out they had to sack her. It is the FBI, they have standards and requirement before they can offer you a job, they know the kind of candidate they want in there system. Also they might have asked her before recruitment if she was a lesbian and she lied, so she shouldn't bother suing them but the only thing she can sue them for is if her benefits were not given appropriately, that will be the best advise a lawyer will tell her but if she insists, the lawyer will still go ahead and try his best.
