All legislators who voted for the bill must sign it

The Speaker of the House & President of the Senate sign the bill

The Supreme Court reviews it for constitutionality

    The speaker of the house and president of the sneate sign the bill.

    Explanation:

    when a bill is passes in the house and senate, and is sent to the president so they can sign it. It is enrolled. if congress is in session the bill autmmatically becomes a law after the 10 days. A pocket veto can occur when the president doesn't take action and congress has retreated its session
