Why have manufacturing jobs moved from their traditional center in the Rust Belt to other regions in North America and regions outside of North America?

    To lower labor cost

    Explanation:

    Other areas in North America and outside is are more labour intensive than Rust belt, so to lower labor cost which in turn lower cost of production, manufacturing jobs had to move.
