Balance of power:

The main motto of this power is to make sure that all nations around the world must have equal powers and should have sufficient courage to prevent their nation from getting imposed or dominated by the other nation.

Connection between Alliance system and Balance of power in 1900's:

The alliance system also had the goals of balance of power to a considerable extend, Both of them tend to defend their national from getting dominated by the other and this is the connection between them.
