    The framers realized that the Constitution they were writing would not be capable of solving every circumstance that could arise in the future and therefore they left scope for amending the Constitution.

    Explanation:

    The purpose of constitutional amendments is to strengthen, modify, or otherwise update the original text.

    The amendment to the Constitution may be requested by any member of the House of Representatives or the Senate and shall be adopted in the form of a joint resolution within the regular legislative procedure. However, it should be passed in both houses with the two-third majority. Secondly, a national convention, called for by Congress for that purpose of amending the constitution, on the demand of two-thirds of the state legislatures.
