    Answer:Quid pro quo harassment

    Explanation:

According to the United States labor law there exist two types of harassment in the work environment which is Quid pro quo and hostile work environment.

Quid pro quo in Latin means something for something which means you give me something so that I can also give you something back, in this sense it is based on sexual activities. It is usually used by those who have authority over their subordinate such as a manager asking for sexual favours in exchange to give someone a job. It can also be used to promise someone a promotion.

In this case the lecture is using his authority or power over Claudia to say if you can do for me some sexual favours I will also do a favour for you which will be to give her good marks.
