    Explanation:What is a social construct? Social construct as the concept sounds it refers to things that has been created by society and which are are not natural as some people consider them to be.

    These constructs have a way of shaping our lives but we also have a way to affect them somehow. As the society changes so does these social construct and the old one are eliminated. Various societies have their own social construct considering things like government, family, religion, race, gender roles and other aspects we may consider to be natural or objective phenomenon.

    Anything that is socially constructed can be subject to debate.
