    Answer:Tokenistic Fallacy

Explanation:A perosn who is guilt of Tokenistic Fallacy is the one who makes assumptions that if people of color get into certain influential positions then those individuals will fight and eliminate racial obstacles. This is partly true in a way that people of color have contributed to a great degree of change in political and economic power over the years but it is also true that a high number of African American still face distandvantages in these areas.

It can't be neglected that many of them still faces poverty and it the same thing as we can not make assumptions that if there are rich African American like Oprah Winfrey then this means things has got better. It is still important to evaluate and explore how a huge number of some individuals may still be facing inequality irrespective of some who has acquired great positions.
