She should advise teachers to set high expectations and maintain high standards.

    Explanation:

She should advise teachers to set high expectations and maintain high standards, because the students already have a lot against them like coming from a low income and poverty level families.

To create a better mindset amoung the student that come from this poverty background thar already have either have no or low expectations of themselves.

The teachers will need to give them something big to dream about by raising the standards.

This high expectations will make even the teachers to raise the standards, cause the students to work harder and produce brillant students. What is more essential though is imputing a quality mindset into them making the student believe they can achieve more than where they are.

Answer:She should advise teachers to set high expectations and maintain high standards.

Explanation:She should advise teachers to set high expectations and maintain high standards, because students from low income or impoverished background already have low expectations of themselves.

It is likely that teachers may also have the same attitude, where they don't expect much from such kids and it becomes a reality of those children who already have low expectations because of their situation.

Having high expectations will push the teachers to put more effort and expect more in return and students are likely to be motivated to do well.
