Why is it important for countries to spend money on human capital

Human can accomplish anything in this world, he has conquered the different problems and developed their solutions very creatively. Although a machine can handle the work of 100s of people, but and certainly, that machine was created by man. Man has made the wheel, stepped up on the moon, created computers, artificial reports, heavy machines, mobiles, gadgets. Therefore, it is the human capital which is the most importance for any nation, if one country want to succeed by leaps and bounds then surely, they need to spend money on its human capital, which in result will be more productive and efficient, hence the results will be the multiplication of growth of that country at every front.
