1 - Our senses are limited and deceived

2 - We can't distinguish between the external world and what was created by our minds

3 - No sense can create the true or be true because is a shapeshifter

The connection we can make to Plato is the idea that our mind has the answer, and nothing that comes from the outside is trustable. Plato believed that our senses were not able, to tell the truth because they were always mutating, and only what was bond in our mind and soul could be real and trustable.
