    1) Statement is correct.

    2) Type I and Type IIA both are muscle fibres. Type I is used for aeorobic activities and Type II is used for aneorobic activities. To maintain strength, speed combination of phosphate, glucogen with maximum proportion of enzymes forms glycosis. They are fast surely but fatigue quickly also.

    Explanation:

    Motor units recruit to power up the activation capacity to finish a work in muscle. To generate strong muscle contraction activation of more motor units is required. To control Central Nervous System (CNS) Type II motor units are recruited and they work so fast.

    To improve muscle recruitment recruit as much as possible muscle fibers, do exercise in repetition, fixed a specific number of rep in every work out. Slow, fatigable and fatigue resistant all these are identified motor units.
