Assume that a complete and unambiguous contract is signed. Later, one of the parties wants to make a modification and does so over the phone. If a dispute arises, will the court accept parol evidence? Why or why not?

    It is in the law that any form of agreement must be written or put into writing, that is why most people engage there lawyers when entering into agreement.

    The main reason why when such evidence will be accepted otherwise Is because it must be very important, buh it is a 85% chance that could be accepted because the fundamental law of agreement was not obeyed.
