    The clerk of the trial court will a copy of the record of the trial which is the detailed proceeding of the trial in that court, the docket sheet and all document filed during the course of the trial. This record is reviewed by the Judges in the Appellate court to decide if the verdict of the lower court was fair and in tandem with the constitution.
