The security manager must ensure that these procedures, measures, and practices are well spelled out and documented to serve as a guide in the running of the day to day and activities to avoid unethical standards.

In developing a policy on ethics, a security manager must have set out or done proper research and analysis of the security measures with the right practice and procedures to be made use of.

This process has to do with incorporating locals and relevant association or organization that can enable smooth implementation and successful adherence to the ethical standards that have been set out.

However, the documents should set out measures on how this ethical standard is to be achieved and followed strictly to enable growth and smooth running of the system.

We must also understand that the procedures and practices to be followed in seeing to the avoidance of any breach and prevention of unethical behaviors but be outlined and known to all to serve as a guide to daily activities of securing and guiding the organization.
