    In developing a policy on ethics, a security manager must have set out or done proper research and analysis of the security measures with the right practice and procedures to be made use of.

    This process has to do with incorporating locals and relevant association or organization that can enable smooth implementation and successful adherence to the ethical standards that have been set out.
