    Furthermore, A civil case involves legal action or dispute between two or more people called parties. It is initiated by one or more people against another person or people to lay claim for certain things. It begins by the person (s) called the plaintiff (s) where he/she files a complaint in court against another person (s) called the Defendant (s) and serve the complaint on the defendant through the process server or court marshal.
