Compared to college graduates, graduates of trade schools have higher chance of obtaining the job within the first year.

    Explanation:

Trade schools usually teach the students the practical skills that can be directly implemented in the industry. (Example : Video editing, electrician skill, software engineering, etc)

On the other hand, Large portion of the materials taught in college are theoretical. Because of this, many corporations felt that early graduates from trade schools have higher value compared to college graduates since they can directly used without any further training.
